Patryk Karczewski is a Partner and Head of Tax at AMERELLER in Dubai. He advises international businesses, family offices and investors on cross-border tax structuring, with a particular focus on the UAE and regional expansion strategies.
With over 15 years’ experience, Patryk combines private practice and in-house expertise, including serving as Head of Indirect Tax at one of the largest multinational family groups headquartered in the UAE. He has also advised UAE governmental entities on tax policy and implementation matters.
His practice focuses on supporting clients in navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional tax considerations, including the structuring of regional operations, substance requirements and the practical application of evolving tax and incentive regimes.
He regularly contributes to publications on international and regional tax developments.
