Nariman Roushdy is a senior associate in the Cairo office. She has over 12 years of experience in the fields of corporate, commercial, and arbitration from leading law firms and multinationals in Egypt and the MENA region. Her experience spans over many sectors such as telecom, e-commerce, media, technology, data protection, logistics, construction, oil and gas, trade and services and export and import.
In 2018, Nariman moved to Dubai to join the corporate commercial team of an eminent regional law firm, with special focus on the regulatory aspects and restructuring work of UAE listed companies and family businesses. She also worked at a DFM-listed logistics company. Nariman has worked for leading law firms in Egypt and was given the opportunity to be seconded to a NASDAQ listed, e-commerce and tech market leader to support its expansion in the Middle East and a giant KSA media group. She joined a firm with a special focus on telecommunication clients and has worked closely with a state-owned telecommunication operator, advising it on its daily operations, restructuring work, regulatory aspects as well as market-shaping telecommunication projects and deals.
