Meriem Rezgui is a qualified Tunisian lawyer and a senior associate in the Berlin office. She has a comprehensive corporate and commercial practice, advising on all aspects of Middle Eastern business law. She specializes in guiding clients through investments in the energy sector, with a particular emphasis on the Francophone countries in North Africa (Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco).

Meriem has a specialized focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) within the energy sector and has actively participated in drafting bespoke ADR rules tailored for the wind energy industry. She possesses extensive experience in infrastructure investments across the MENA region and represents clients in arbitration proceedings. Her work includes involvement in ICC arbitration cases and negotiations with the Tunisian Government following the Arab Spring.
