Maryam Hosseini Bonilla is a senior counsel in the Dubai and RAK offices. She specializes in corporate and commercial law and her main practice areas include commercial agencies, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border joint ventures. In addition, Maryam regularly advises multinational clients on regulatory compliance matters in the areas of antitrust and data protection for the UAE and the GCC.

Maryam has worked with a diverse clientele from the United States, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, with over 25 years of legal experience.
