Khaled Ragheb is a partner in the Cairo office. His practice is focused on corporate and M&A, commercial, public procurement and administrative law, joint ventures, agency and distribution. He regularly advises Egyptian and international clients on diverse matters under Egyptian law, particularly advising foreign direct investors on government contracts and in structuring cross-border joint ventures with State-owned entities. He has a focus on the railways industry.
