Dr. Jochen Murach is the managing partner in the Dubai office since 2005. He represents a wide range of international clients from various industries. His main practice areas include general commercial and corporate law in the UAE and the Gulf region, foreign direct investment, and establishing effective corporate structures for regional operations. He has extensive experience with local and cross-border joint ventures, regulatory compliance and corporate restructurings. He also provides regular guidance to clients on commercial contracts, especially issues related to distribution and agency law.

Further, Dr. Murach advises family offices on real estate transactions in the United Arab Emirates.
