Janis Reinholtz is a senior associate in the Dubai office. He specializes in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, market entry, joint ventures, and restructuring. He regularly advises multinational corporations and family offices in the UAE on complex corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions and structuring, including tax-efficient investment and holding structures. He has a strong interest in private equity and venture capital.
Before joining AMERELLER, he gained significant experience at major international law firms, advising on corporate structuring, cross-border transactions, and dispute resolution.
