Hend Zaghloul is a partner in the Cairo office. Before joining AMERELLER, she gained experience in the legal department of a leading international energy and technology company.
Her areas of practice include civil law, commercial law, competition law, labor law as well as corporate governance and compliance. Hend has advised many clients on establishing subsidiaries in Egypt and handled the corporate and contractual matters of the latter. She has also worked on a number of acquisitions and restructures, as well as some of Egypt’s mega energy projects.
She is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
