Dr. Ingy Rasekh is the managing partner in the Cairo office. She has significant experience in the areas of corporate, commercial, construction, labor, and education law. She is highly skilled at advising on cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, establishing companies and JVs, and providing corporate governance, commercial and restructuring advice to multinational companies from various industry sectors.
Ingy is a Board member of the British Egyptian Business Association as well as member of the Egyptian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), African International Legal Awareness (AILA) and the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Cairo.
