Dr. Ingy Rasekh is the Managing Partner of the Cairo office, with over 20 years of experience advising on complex transactions, representing multinational corporations in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, and providing strategic counsel on corporate governance and restructuring. She has extensive experience in the areas of corporate, commercial, labor, intellectual property, and environmental law.
Ingy is a Board member of the British Egyptian Business Association as well as member of the Egyptian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), African International Legal Awareness (AILA) and the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Cairo.
