Dahlia Zamel is a counsel working in the Cairo and Iraq offices. She joined the firm in 2012 after having spent four years with the legal department of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Cairo and Istanbul covering both the MENA Region and Central Asia.

Dahlia also spent two years in the Erbil office advising on all aspects of Iraqi and Kurdish law and now covers both Egypt and Iraq. She has extensive regional experience and specializes in project finance, M&A, and oil and gas transactions in the region.
