Nadia Megahed is an associate in the corporate team of the Cairo office. She supports with mergers and acquisitions, conducting legal research, and drafting and reviewing transaction documents. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a banking lawyer at the Commercial International Bank (CIB), gaining valuable experience in legal seizures, heritage matters, and investigations.
