He represents a broad client base of primarily multinational companies active in the United Arab Emirates on litigation, intellectual property protection, partnership and joint venture formation, transfers and sales of assets and shares, company setup inside and outside the free zones, real estate transactions, banking and finance matters.

Amer also has a focus on resolution of complex administrative and regulatory matters that requires interface with local agencies and regulators, including resolution of criminal matters.
